BODY MASS INDEX is an accurate measure of what shape you are in.
First take your weight in kilograms and divide it by your height in metres squared.
For example, if you are 1.55 metres tall and weigh 56 kilograms, take your height and
multiply it by the same number (1.55 x 1.55 = 2.4). Then take your weight and divide it by
2.4 (56/2.4 = 23.3). Look at the chart below to see if you are at risk of heart disease
and stroke.
